9th Anniversary Series Civilization Cards
You can acquire the limited card pack, “9th Anniversary Celebration: Rare Card Packs,” in party cake Lv9 of the 9th Anniversary King’s Party event.
The series includes 3 groups:
- Light of Reason
- Renaissance Voyage
- Humanist
Each group contains 8 cards, and each card has three qualities (Silver, Gold, Diamond). Collecting a specified number of cards of different qualities will unlock corresponding buffs. You can view details in the Civilization Cards section of the Art Hall.
Dragon Cuélebre’s Intro & How to Get it
This dragon is in the pasture.
Max-level Skill Effects:
- In-city ranged troop attack +75%
- Defending ground troop defense +75%
- Enemy ground troop attack -40%
- General survival rate +100%
Max-level Talent:
- Soulrend Roar: defending ranged troop attack +80% and HP +70%
- Tail Rampage: in-city ground troop attack +80%; when defending the main city, enemy ranged troop attack -50%
- St. Bartholomew’s: in-city ranged troop and siege machine attack +30%; construction speed +24%
How to unlock the Cuélebre?
You need the Cuélebre Pattern to unlock the dragon, Cuélebre, and the pattern can be acquired from the Wheel of Dragon War.
During the Evony 9th Anniversary Celebration, you can first obtain the Dragon Soul Leaf from the Reign of Dragon Rare and Epic Packages.
Then, consume the Dragon Soul Leaf to spin the wheel, and you will have a chance to receive the Dragon Pattern Chest.
The chest is guaranteed after spinning 300 times.
Generals & A New General Skin
General Lorenzo de’ Medici – Historic General Summoning
Increases the attack and defense of ground troops by 60% when leading the army into battle. Additionally, boosts the HP of both ground and mounted troops by 45% when accompanied by any Dragon or Spiritual Beast during the attack.
You can get the general at the Historic General Summoning event during Evony’s 9th Anniversary Celebration.
General Skin Renaissance – Lorenzo de’ Medici
- Owning buff: attacking mounted and ground troop defense +8%
- Using buff: attacking ground troop attack +12%
You can unlock the skin at the King’s Party event once your cake reaches level 10 during the 9th Anniversary Celebration.
General Niccolò Piccinino – Ode to Florence
Increases ground troops’ attack and HP by 60% and ground troops and mounted troops’ defense by 45% when he is leading the army.
You can get the general at the 9th Anniversary Ode to Florence event. He is in one of the event rewards, the Renaissance Historic General Chest. During the event, you can get the Bull War Banner from RSS spots, monsters, and the Renaissance Voyage event. Then, use the banner to draw for rewards.
Montezuma I – come back to cake
Reduces enemy ranged troops’ attack by 45%, enemy ranged troops’ and siege machines’ defense and HP by 35% when he is leading the army.
The general returns to the King’s Party cake Lv10 during the 9th Anniversary.
Champion Simonetta & Her Champion Skin
Champion Simonetta’s unlocking item is the Seashell, while her skin, La Sans Pareille, is unlocked with the Wasp Brooch. You can obtain the Seashell by reaching level 10 in the party cake. The Wasp Brooch can be exchanged for 2,500 Florin Gold Coins in the Anniversary Shop at the Florence Collection event.

The castle skin, Farnese, has 3 levels: Fort, Manor, and Palace. To level up the castle, you need to get the Fort and the Fort Fragment.
Participate in the Florence Collection event and get Renaissance Points by completing specific quests.
Then, receive the Fort and the Fort Fragment when your points reach a certain ranking.

Ideal Land Ornament – Villa Lante
You can obtain the ornament during the Voyage to Civilizations event. Villa Lante is a large ornament worth 12 Golden Commemorative Coins. These coins can be earned by using the Golden Ship Wheel for voyages, which can be acquired from the Senior and Super Voyage Sale packages.
If you want to upgrade it to the max level, you need 31 Villa Lante ornaments, which means 372 Golden Commemorative Coins.
Also, you might get the ornament directly through the Golden Ship Wheel if you’re lucky.
